You will be entering a Private Rental Tenancy agreement if found eligible for a home.

Will I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, you will need to pay a deposit of 1 months rent prior to moving into your property.

How do I apply?

When you express interest, we will send you an application form. Once we receive your completed form, we will review inform you of your eligibility. If successful we will invite you to viewing on site. 

The information you provide in your application will be shared with our external referencing company and the City of Edinburgh Council for compliance purposes.
